Responsible for leading the UX team globally across both clouds in the areas of coaching & mentorship, project allocation, resourcing, release prioritization, design strategy and technical implementation.

Led a 20-person cross-functional design and research team to deepen customer connections across all our initiatives (100+ designers).

Led the UX team on Health Cloud to envision our long-range plan with GM, Product and Engineering Leadership. Responsible for delivering solutions and North Star visions in the areas of GenAI for Health, patient access & engagement, care management, behavioral health and personalized medicine.

Responsible for envisioning and designing GenAI for Health, Slack for Care Coordination and Health Cloud’s initiatives in Life Sciences. Led design and research with customers and internal SMEs to research and design GenAI for Health in the provider space, streamlining middle office practices and reducing healthcare worker burnout. Monthly presentations to the Salesforce Executive Leadership Team.

Life Sciences Cloud is the end-to-end, intelligent engagement platform for clinical and medical through commercial. This allows pharma, biotech, biopharma, consumer & animal health, and medtech companies to have healthier interactions with their HCPs, partners, and patients through data-driven, compliant, and trusted innovations with Agentforce.
