Pear Therapeutics
I lead and manage a team of Product Designers and UX Researchers as we build the world’s first FDA-cleared prescription digital therapeutic apps to treat serious diseases like Addiction, Insomnia, Schizophrenia and Depression.
I am responsible for the UX team’s work in the areas of user research, service design, design strategy, visual design (high fidelity mockups, design systems, component libraries), and prototyping/animation. I am also comfortable jumping into hands-on work using Figma, my design tool of choice.
In 2019, I tripled the size of the UX team, recruiting and retaining incredible talent in both Product Design and UX Research. I coach and mentor my team, providing sponsorship and opportunities for career growth. I love learning and growing with them as we navigate this brand new space of prescription apps.

Research-driven redesign and delivery (on time!) of not one but two FDA-cleared Prescription Apps to treat Substance Use Disorder and Opioid Use Disorder. Engagement and adherence jumped by 20% after the redesign.
